Finally, the new seating areaa/outdoor classroom rocks are here! I saw one kindergarten class raring to go as I left the area. Thank you to Manulife Financial’s Helping Hands grant of $500 which, along with money raised during last year’s rain barrel sale, will help to payfor these rocks. Thank you to Richard Schaefer and Son’s Haulage for doing a great job. Pictures will follow. I know that these rocks will add more to the school yard than shady seating on a hot day but also a fun area to climb and play! Our goal is to provide a cool and shady place to play:)
